A Salesforce Admin & Developer is responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms to meet business requirements. This dual role combines administrative responsibilities, such as user management and configuration, with technical development tasks, such as building custom applications and automation.
The Salesforce Administrator focuses on maintaining system efficiency, managing data, creating reports and dashboards, handling user permissions, and implementing declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules to enhance business processes.
The Salesforce Developer focuses on building customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with third-party applications or APIs. They ensure the platform supports complex business needs, improve system performance, and maintain data integrity.
Together, the Admin and Developer ensure the Salesforce environment operates seamlessly, supports company objectives, and delivers a high-quality experience for users and stakeholders.

Administrative Skills:
