I am Navnath V Chavan I have more than 10 Yr experience in Accounting and administrative assistant work.
I performs a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks in an accounting department including:
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP)
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Investigates questionable data.
My Responsibilities are 
Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies.
Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

I have Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

I have organized, efficient Accounting with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy. expert to handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assist with inventory, database, and record maintenance, prepare financial reports, issue checks and making deposits, and generally ensure that the office operations are running smoothly. I am professional and courteous with strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles.
I am skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills. and understand and abide by all accounting procedure and principles and have a commitment behaving ethically in the workplace.
