A Market & Customer Research Analyst is responsible for studying market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to help companies make strategic business decisions. The role involves collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, conducting surveys and interviews, evaluating customer feedback, and converting findings into actionable insights. The specialist provides reports and recommendations that support marketing strategies, product development, customer experience enhancement, and overall business growth.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research using primary and secondary research methods.

  • Identify target audiences and understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and market positioning.

  • Collect and interpret data using surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and analytics tools.

  • Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, dashboards, and forecasts for management.

  • Provide actionable insights to help improve marketing strategies, customer experience, and product roadmaps.

  • Track customer satisfaction through NPS, CSAT, and feedback systems.

  • Manage customer segmentation and persona profiling.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business strategy teams.
