A Mobile Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications for smartphones and tablets. They work with various operating systems—primarily Android and iOS—to develop high-performance, user-friendly, and secure mobile apps. The role requires collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences that meet user expectations and business objectives.

B. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using native or cross-platform frameworks.

• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code for Android and iOS platforms.

• Integrate applications with backend services via APIs.

• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and responsive UI/UX.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Conduct mobile app testing across different devices and operating systems.

• Implement secure data handling and authentication.

• Publish and update applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Monitor app analytics and user feedback to enhance features and performance.

C. Required Skills

• Proficiency in mobile programming languages / frameworks:

  • Android → Kotlin / Java

  • iOS → Swift / Objective-C

  • Cross-platform → Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, Ionic

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

• Experience with mobile UI/UX standards and responsive design.

• Familiarity with Git and version control tools.

• Understanding of mobile databases (SQLite, Realm, CoreData, Firebase).

• Problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking.

• Knowledge of app deployment process on Play Store and App Store.
