Face to Face interview to understand the day-to-day interactions of crowdworkers

Looking to conduct an interview to learn about the day-to-day interactions between a novice crowdworker (Less than 6 months in crowdworking) and a veteran crowdworker (More than 6 months in crowdworking) from India. 


Specifications are listed below: 
1. Interview questions will largely be about the crowdworkers day to day workings. 
2. The interview will last for at least 30 minutes. 
3. The interview will be conducted through an online meeting application (Preferably Zoom) 
4. The payment will be done individually 

Clarifications are listed below: 
1. Participants must be from India 
2. The interview will be conducted in English 
3. The interview will be recorded. 
4. The camera will be turned on during the interview.
5. Everything in the interview will be anonymous. 
6. Participants can exit the interview at any time, be aware you will not be paid if you decide to exit the interview before it has concluded. 7. If the interviewer feels that the interview questions are not being answered properly, then they may choose to end the interview in which case, then you will not be paid.
