1. Job Description:
A Graphics & Design professional is responsible for creating visually appealing digital and print materials that effectively communicate a brand’s message. Their work involves designing logos, banners, social media creatives, website graphics, marketing materials, and other visual assets. They combine creativity with technical skills, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design software. The role requires strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and the ability to convert concepts into compelling visual designs. They collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and developers to ensure cohesive and high-quality design output aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media

• Design brand identities including logos, icons, and style guides

• Develop marketing materials such as banners, brochures, and social posts

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives

• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements

• Stay updated with current design trends and tools

3. Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.)

• Strong understanding of typography, color schemes, and layout principles

• Creativity and ability to think visually

• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals (optional but valuable)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
