A. Job Description

A Web Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites and web applications. The role involves writing clean and efficient code, ensuring responsive design, optimizing performance, and integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. Web developers work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet business and user needs.

B. Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using modern web technologies.

• Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.

• Maintain, update, and optimize existing websites for speed and performance.

• Implement backend services and APIs for dynamic website content.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the website.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

• Integrate third-party tools, plugins, databases, and APIs when required.

• Maintain version control and proper documentation.

• Ensure security and data protection measures on web platforms.

C. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab)

• Knowledge of web hosting, deployment, and CI/CD

• Understanding of SEO best practices

• Problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
