A Graphics & Design professional is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate brand messages effectively across digital and print platforms. The role focuses on creativity, brand consistency, and user-focused visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print media (logos, banners, brochures, social media creatives, UI elements, etc.)

• Develop and maintain brand identity and design guidelines

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements

• Create wireframes, mockups, and design concepts

• Ensure designs align with brand standards and project goals

• Revise designs based on feedback and quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong visual design and creativity skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Sketch

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly

Tools & Technologies

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

• Motion design tools (After Effects – optional)

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design (varies by role level)

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
