The Graphics & Design role focuses on creating visually appealing and engaging digital and print designs to communicate a brand’s message, enhance user experience, and support marketing objectives. Designers work on a wide range of assets including logos, branding materials, social media creatives, web and mobile UI designs, brochures, banners, packaging, and product mock-ups.

The primary goal of this role is to convert ideas and business concepts into meaningful and professional visual content that resonates with the target audience and reinforces brand identity.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design branding assets such as logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual styles

• Create social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials

• Develop UI/UX graphics for websites and mobile applications

• Produce product packaging designs, flyers, brochures, banners and presentation templates

• Collaborate with content, marketing and development teams to align design with brand messaging

• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos when required

• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and media

• Stay updated with market trends, modern tools, and design techniques

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, UI/UX, or a related field

• A strong online portfolio showcasing design work

• Certifications in design tools are helpful but not mandatory
