A QA & Testing professional is responsible for ensuring that software products meet quality standards before release. The role focuses on identifying defects, validating functionality, and improving overall product reliability, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT)

• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues

• Conduct performance, security, and compatibility testing

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC

• Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, JMeter)

• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

• Good communication and documentation skills
