In the mid-2010s, JayKishan Lathigara was a young developer in Rajkot, Gujarat, working with startups across India and overseas. He kept seeing the same pattern repeat itself: a brilliant founder with a sharp idea — a taxi service, a food delivery brand, a multi-vendor marketplace — would walk in with energy and ambition, only to walk out months later exhausted by ballooning timelines, escalating budgets, and development partners who treated their dream like a transaction. The market had created a strange paradox. The on-demand economy was exploding — Uber, Gojek, DoorDash were rewriting the rules of commerce — but the technology to build similar businesses was locked behind 6–12 month custom builds and $50,000+ price tags. Startups didn't have that kind of time. Or that kind of money. Or that kind of margin for error. JayKishan saw a different path. In 2017, he co-founded White Label Fox Pvt. Ltd. with one founding belief: founders deserve to launch faster, own their code completely, and pay a price that respects their runway. Instead of starting every project from a blank screen, the team built robust, production-ready foundations — pre-engineered apps for taxi booking, food delivery, marketplaces, and multi-service super apps — that startups could customize, brand, and launch in weeks instead of months.
