As businesses continue to embrace digital transformation, choosing the right technology partner has become more important than ever. Whether it is AI, cloud, blockchain, IoT or mobile app development, organisations are looking for ingenious options to manage to stay competitive in a very rapidly changing market.

During this exclusive Fixnhour Founder Spotlight, we talk with Aman Mishra, Co-Founder & CEO of TechGropse, a globally recognized Software and Mobile App Development Company. Aman has always envisioned a vision of delivering world-class digital solutions to empower startups, SMEs and enterprises worldwide since founding TechGropse in 2015.

Who is Aman Mishra?

Aman Mishra is the Co-Founder and CEO of TechGropse, a globally recognized software and mobile app development company established in 2015. He is a visionary entrepreneur dedicated to helping startups, SMEs, and enterprises build innovative digital solutions using AI, blockchain, cloud, IoT, and mobile technologies. Under his leadership, TechGropse has expanded globally by focusing on quality, innovation, transparency, and long-term client partnerships, empowering businesses to achieve sustainable growth through technology.

Q1. Introduce yourself and tell about your journey to entrepreneurship. What got you started creating TechGropse and what is the vision that continues to push TechGropse forward?

I'm glad to be here. I'm Aman Mishra, co-founder and CEO of TechGropse, and my story actually starts with one simple belief that great tech, in great hands, could change the way businesses grow.I have observed the mobile revolution from its inception and recognized a clear need: businesses with great ideas and concepts, but no technology partner could see them through to a successful and world-class digital product. This is where TechGropse comes in. We began with a small group, a small team, and an enormous desire to deliver high quality to our clients, and we've expanded, growing with each client's success. The vision that gave us strength then remains the same today: To bring world class technology solutions to businesses globally and to be the partner of choice that founders and businesses can rely on to create the products that shape their future.

Q2. Today, TechGropse has become a world-known mobile app and software development firm. What are some key moments you've experienced throughout your time?

For us, every milestone has been about gaining trust, about growing what we can do. The start of the company in 2015 and shipping our first products was the groundwork – consistency and craftsmanship is what wins. The highlights since then have involved going global and working with clients in other continents, establishing teams in new technologies and reaching major milestones in the quantity of projects completed as well as the number of industries we serve. The best part of the milestones I'm proud of, however, are not those that are recorded on a page but rather the businesses we supported to become market leaders as well as the lifelong relationships we built.

Q3. What are your clients most pressing business problems today and how does TechGropse address them with technology?

In the modern world, change is the major concern of most businesses. The market is going at a faster pace than ever, customer expectations are constantly increasing and technology is too fast to keep up. One of our clients' biggest problems is when they have legacy systems that are holding them back, having a good product to the market in a timely fashion, and scaling in an efficient or reliable manner once they get things going. Others just don't possess the expertise that these problems require. This is where we can help. We’re a real technology partner – helping clients to cut through the chaff, picking the right path to take towards their objectives, rather than the most popular; and bringing them from idea to launch quickly and with confidence. We're not simply writing code - we're helping resolve the business issue.

Q4. What new technologies, including AI, Blockchain, Cloud, AR/VR and IoT, is your team using to create future-ready digital solutions?

We are not just buzzing about the latest and greatest tech, but we're talking about ways that we can bring actual and tangible value. AI is making intelligent automation, customization, and unlocking insights in business data possible. We can introduce transparency and trust to systems where it is most needed – blockchain. The cloud is integral in our solutions and the foundation for everything we do – it's scalable, secure, and available all over the world. From a brand perspective, AR and VR are creating groundbreaking approaches to brand engagement, and from an industry perspective, AR and VR are creating groundbreaking approaches to training and visualisation. IoT has been bridging the gap between the physical and digital realm that is making operations smarter and efficient. The principle we follow is very simple: we implement these technologies only if they really make a difference for our clients, and we make them sustainable.

Q5. How would TechGropse differentiate itself from other software development firms in the cutthroat competitive global market?

It's our attitude that distinguishes us. Many companies view themselves as vendors and complete the project and move on. We perceive ourselves as an equal team working with our clients towards long-term success. It comes across in our commitment to transparency, in our expectations for quality, in our commitment not to compromise, and in the depth of expertise we've developed across industries and technologies. We're big enough to be able to do something really big and challenging, but we don't lose the intimacy and personal caress of a close team. And most important of all, we evaluate ourselves according to the results our customers get, not by the products we send.

Q6. Have you had a project or success story you can share that exemplifies the work your team has accomplished to make an impact?

Among the many projects that really capture what we're about is the UAE market's FoodTech platform Peekabox.Their solution to their problem had to be a problem that really mattered the food and beverage industry was sending out massive amounts of perfectly good surplus food each day, nearly 40%, and the cost of living was becoming less affordable for regular people. There simply wasn't a channel that could efficiently link up that surplus with the buyers who desired it. So we joined forces with them to create the entire food-to-go ecosystem, an app for customers to find and purchase their favorite food and drink providers' excess meals at a discount; a platform for their food providers to sign up as partners; and an admin interface to oversee it all, with real-time notifications, smart recommendations, and secure payment systems.

However, it's not the build that's special for me, it's the impact. The app was not only launched but it was repeatedly used by people again. Three-quarters of the users returned in the past 28 days, and 66 percent of them rated the app 4.+ and were returning for their second purchase within their first week. Commercial success, doing something truly beneficial to people and the planet – that is the best type of work to me. It not only resulted in a tangible opportunity to save money for families and generate income for businesses, but also in a tangible opportunity to reduce waste, which is a problem we love to solve.

Q7. Often it is the underlying culture of the organization that becomes the basis for lasting success. What are the key ingredients to a successful team that is innovative and seeking excellence?

Culture is the real product behind the product is my sincere belief. TechGropse has been established on the base of ownership, curiosity and respect. We recruit people who are interested in craft, and we allow them to be the very best. We are committed to ongoing education as we know in our profession, stagnation is regression. We get things done and work hard to make it safe for people to experiment, challenge ideas and grow. For us, not having to work somewhere else isn't a reward – it's a sense of purpose, growth and of being truly valued. When intelligent people see what they do is actually making a difference and that their careers are progressing well, they remain and they do amazing things.

Q8. What are your recommendations for selecting a long term technology partner for businesses?

My recommendation is to do not just consider the price and the portfolio. While it's important to have the skills, it's just as crucial to have a partner to walk the journey with you. Check for transparency – they are transparent when it's difficult, particularly. Check for alignment, do they take time to understand your business, or merely want to do a project? Also watch for proof of long-term relationships – clients staying are the best indicator of a partner who delivers.Decisions about technology are not made once and forgotten decisions, you are selecting someone who will affect your business for a number of years. Select a teammate that sees your success as their own.

Q9. What are the typical pitfalls, or mistakes, startups encounter when creating their initial product and what can be done to prevent these errors?

The biggest error I see is attempting to build too much too soon.Founders start out with their full vision and attempt to start everything at once, but they would be better served to focus on a narrow and simple version that addresses one legitimate problem really well.Very similar is building in isolation, or putting the product in front of real users, too late to learn what they actually want.Others rush to scale, others select technology for the wrong reasons. The only way to avoid all of this is discipline: get skinny first, listen more, validate before investing, and think of your first product as a conversation with the market and not a final statement. The humble, the flexible, are the winners.

Q10. How do you manage to keep transparency, communication, quality and timely delivery in international projects?

The key to a successful border delivery is process and trust.Communication is regular, laid out and continuous, keeping clients updated at all times, there are frequent demos and clear points of contact. We operate in an agile manner, making clients aware of the progress continuously and giving them the option to influence the product as it is being created, instead of waiting until the end of the project and being surprised of what was done.Quality is built in, not bolted on, from the start with rigorous testing and review. And we schedule our time and equipment for the convenience of each other, with distance never a problem.Transparency is not something that's added; it is established in all aspects, and it's the backbone of all of our international engagements that have been successful.

Q11. What are your predictions for the future of Artificial Intelligence in the software industry over the next 5 years?

I believe the next five years will be historical. From optimizing software development workflows and streamlining repetitive tasks to enhancing code quality and boosting productivity, AI is already transforming the software development landscape.AI is already reshaping the software development landscape, from optimizing development processes and streamlining repetitive tasks to improving code quality and increasing productivity. I think products will increasingly be treated as 'required' to be smarter and more personalized, not an 'add on' feature. However, I don't think that AI is the thing that replaces creativity and originality, but it is the thing that enhances them. What will succeed are the teams who will learn to work in tandem with these tools and rely on them to get things done more quickly without compromising the judgment, empathy, and strategic sense that can only come from human beings. That's exactly what we at TechGropse are doing as we move to a new era: We're committed to better outcomes delivered faster to the people we serve, and that's not about technology, that's about outcomes.

Q12. What advice would you like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs, startup founders, and future technology leaders?

I would say that you should begin with a problem that you're passionate about, and then you have to be relentless in solving it for actual people.Everyone has ideas – it's execution and persistence that make the difference for those who succeed. Limit your interactions with others who are superior to you and who have values similar to your own.Keep asking questions, be humble, and consider failures as lessons, not failures. But, always keep in mind that behind the technology you are creating is a person's life and/or work, and technology is always a tool to improve it.With that purpose in mind, be disciplined and don't give up when things are tough, and you will build something you will be amazed by.

Q13. What is your long-term vision for TechGropse, and what legacy do you hope to create in the global technology ecosystem?

My long term goal is TechGropse to be a trusted partner of businesses to create technology that defines their future, not only for the quality of the technology we build, but for the integrity and care with which we build it.I want us to continue to push the envelope on emerging technology, and to always put people at the center of it Fixnhour.I hope that we are remembered as a place that has helped many founders and businesses make big dreams a reality, as a place that provided opportunity and fostered great people and, ultimately, as a company that proved it is possible to build a world-class technology company built on trust and true partnership. That would be something to be proud of if we can leave the ecosystem a little more innovative and a little more human than we found it.
