I started my entrepreneurial adventure because I wanted to find real-world business solutions using creativity and technology to solve real-world business problems. I saw an opportunity to create solutions that enable companies to embrace digital transformation, grow faster, and work smarter. My current focus is to build forward-looking companies that leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to deliver measurable value, to empower people, and to enable sustainable global innovation. 

2. What major market gaps did you find while founding ZUCOL Solutions, and how has the firm evolved?

When I started ZUCOL Solutions, I saw a massive gap between the business requirements and the way the technology was executed. A lot of firms had a hard time finding trusted partners that could transparently supply great solutions. And so we concentrated on closing that gap around consumer-centric innovation and development. Over the years, ZUCOL has grown into a worldwide technology firm providing AI, software, and digital transformation solutions to numerous sectors.

To balance innovation, growth and operations you need robust systems, competent leadership teams and a crystal clear strategic vision.
