Personal Insights: Outside of work, what habits or routines help you stay focused, creative, and resilient as a leader?
Adapting to new things is good, but maintaining balance in your life is my mantra for success.
- In order to stay within that balance, I've developed a few good habits to keep me focused by exercising, reading, and reflecting.
- Aside from it being these habits of mine, doing so also enables me to learn something new while building up my mental health and becoming a good leader.
