Aaron is the COO of AppMakers and the first point of contact for founders beginning their journey with the company. He leads the initial conversations with clients, working closely with them to understand their vision, goals, and budget. His role is to bring clarity at the earliest stage — helping founders shape their ideas into something realistic, aligned, and ready to move forward before transitioning into the R&D phase. Aaron plays a critical role in setting each project up for success. Beyond closing deals, he ensures the internal team has the full context they need to deliver at a high level. He works closely with Product Managers and developers to communicate not just what the client wants to build, but who they are — their expectations, working style, and priorities — so the team can operate with the right mindset from day one. Aaron is focused on creating alignment between clients and the team, making sure every project starts with clarity, transparency, and a strong foundation. His strength lies in bridging the gap between vision and execution — ensuring that what is promised is understood, and what is built delivers.

Dovrat Yaish

Chief Product Officer

Dovrat leads product strategy at AppMakers end to end. She oversees process, execution, team leadership, hiring, and delivery standards across all projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability. She manages and mentors Product Managers, designers, developers, and QA, while building and maintaining a high-performing, multidisciplinary team. She partners closely with Daniel and the leadership team on company-wide initiatives, resource planning, and key decisions that drive growth. Dovrat also leads the company’s most complex, high-impact projects hands-on — owning everything from product vision and architecture to execution and delivery. Having helped build AppMakers from its early days, she brings a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong ownership that keeps teams aligned and projects moving efficiently across the full lifecycle.

Dejan Kvrgić

VP of Marketing

Dejan owns marketing for AppMakers end to end. He runs strategy, positioning, lead generation and attribution, brand, content, SEO, AI-search visibility, and the directory and earned-media work that puts AppMakers in front of founders before they ever fill in a form. He partners with Dan and Aaron on pipeline, messaging, and the data behind every channel decision. He works out of Novi Sad, Serbia, on the European overlap of the US workday, which keeps marketing in close lockstep with engineering and sales across the full LA workday.
