Q1. Ankit, before we discuss Rosec Jewels, tell us about yourself. What inspired your entrepreneurial journey?

I have always felt that the first step to any successful business is to understand people. I have a background in computer science but have been focused on problem-solving business challenges through innovation and technology since I became an entrepreneur. In the years that I've been in this business, I've found that it doesn't matter what business you're in; customers are more concerned about trust, quality, and great experiences than anything else. This attitude permeates every aspect of our business at Rosec Jewels and is what we strive to maintain.

Q2. What inspired you to build and grow Rosec Jewels into a global jewelry brand?

The vision was simple to make beautifully crafted fine jewelry accessible to customers across the world while maintaining exceptional quality and transparency. We wanted to merge the traditional craftsmanship with the modern technology in order to offer a smooth buying experience. All of our design work is as good as it can be, and we are as trusted as the brand gets.

Q3. How has technology transformed the jewelry industry?

Technology has impacted each and every aspect of the customer journey. Customers now demand convenience and don't want to sacrifice quality in their shopping experience, whether it be personalized shopping, digital catalogs, on-line consultations, secure payments, or global logistics. Technology allows us to learn more about our customers' preferences, optimize processes, and provide a higher-value experience, no matter where they are located. Luxury retail is digital, and digital is the future.

Q4. What are the biggest challenges in building trust in an online luxury business?

In the jewelry business, trust is the key to success. Customers are investing emotionally in addition to money. In order to build that trust, a long-term relationship, reliable customer service, consistency, and complete transparency are required. From product presentation and certifications to after-sales support, everything counts. Trust does not come from marketing; it comes from all customer touch points.

Q5. How do you balance innovation with traditional craftsmanship?

The process of innovation should improve skill, not replace it. While skilled artisans work meticulously to create jewelry pieces with precision and care, technology is also playing a significant role in enhancing design processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal situation is when tradition meets innovation. This equilibrium enables us to maintain heritage along with the satisfaction of today's customers' needs.

Q6. What advice would you give entrepreneurs building consumer brands?

Put the customer first, not the product. Build trust consistently. Pay attention to your customers. Invest in quality. But do not sacrifice the values behind your brand. A great brand is created through years of outstanding experiences.

Q7. How important is digital transformation for modern businesses?

Digital transformation is now a must. In today's digital age, businesses need to adopt technology to increase efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making. Technology should, however, always serve the business objective and not be a hindrance to it. The organizations that are innovative and customer-focused will continue to expand in the competitive market in the days that come.

Q8. What leadership principles have guided your journey?

The first step to leadership is accountability. I am a true believer in continuous learning, team empowerment, and an environment that is conducive to innovation. A good team is the foundation of a great business, and a great team is built when leaders trust, support, and inspire them. Success is always a team effort.

Q9. How important is founder branding in today's digital world?

There has been a rise in the desire to know who is behind successful businesses. Founder branding fosters authenticity and enhances brand connections with customers, partners, and the general business community. Platforms such as Fixnhour offer great opportunities to share the journey, expertise, and vision as a founder and to build credibility.

Q10. What is your long-term vision for Rosec Jewels?

We strive to be a global brand that is trusted for its quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We'll pursue new technology, skills, and customer experiences while expanding our footprint internationally. We are not just about making pretty jewelry; we are making lasting relationships, ones that are based on trust and excellence.
