I have been fascinated by the potential of technology to enhance everyday life from a young age. From software to electronics, automation to engineering, I love to know how diverse technologies interact to address real-world challenges. This curiosity morphed into entrepreneurship because I wanted to be able to create meaningful solutions instead of just software. Entrepreneurship for me is being innovative and making an impact. Technology is useful only when it enhances the experience of the people and supports the business to deliver better results. That belief is what continues to dictate all that we build.
Q2. What inspired you to establish Milansoft and RedesignCafe?
Its inspiration was based on the observation of the challenges that businesses were facing with their operations. There were many organizations with big plans and low technology to accomplish them. I wanted to build companies that weren't just software developers, but ones that worked in collaboration with companies to help them face the hard problems they have to solve in a new, innovative, and automated way by using intelligent product development. Technology is changing a lot, but customer expectations are changing even more. In the past, businesses were mainly concerned with digitization. They now demand smart systems, automation, smooth and user-friendly apps, and intelligent decisions driven by artificial intelligence. Another significant modification is speed. The time for innovation cycles has become much shorter, and organizations must now continuously learn, adapt, and evolve. Companies that are change-proof are those that are making the most impact.

Technology is not the source of innovation. The first step is curiosity. Each challenge affords a chance to learn a new way of thinking. I love the challenge of being able to apply knowledge across different fields, including software, electronics, mechanics, statistics, and AI, to develop solutions that are practically and scalably usable.
