My entrepreneurial path started from one observation, companies often had great ideas for their businesses but lacked an appropriate technology partner who would make those ideas into a reality. In 2013, I launched Suffescom Solutions in order to fill this gap through providing our clients with technical excellence coupled with deep understanding of their needs.
The thing that motivated me mostly was the speed of technological changes impacting various industries. With the advent of custom mobile app development solutions, businesses became more accessible for customers, and I thought that there was an opportunity to help businesses adapt to these changes instead of struggling with them. From day one, we had a mission to not just provide the software but to enable our customers to grow.
Over the years, both the industry and Suffescom have evolved significantly. While initially we helped organizations build their digital presence using web and mobile solutions, as more technologies came on board, so did our capabilities. From the very inception of Suffescom, it became clear to me that there were many companies that had good ideas but lacked a technology partner to execute these ideas properly. The gap between the business and the technology was not being bridged, resulting in failed products.
What I wanted to do was to build a company that did not stick only to software development. It was important for us to become a strategic digital transformation partner that would take our clients through every step of their digital transformation journey, be it ideation, planning, development, and deployment of new technologies. What I have understood is that there is no sustainable growth without people and processes. If a company grows, then it should not succeed because of some individuals, but due to well-established processes and strong teams working together towards a common goal. This helped me to overcome this challenge successfully.
I believe this experience proves that adaptability is one of the main qualities of good leaders. There are always changes in the markets and in technologies, so we need to learn to change ourselves to respond to these challenges.

One of the lessons I have learned from my experience as an entrepreneur is the necessity of flexibility and readiness to adapt. The environment of the market changes. Expectations of customers change quickly and technologies evolve faster than ever. Flexibility and willingness to learn is essential in order to develop the business successfully.
