The Market & Customer Research role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and industry performance. The aim is to provide insights that support strategic business decisions, product development, marketing campaigns, and customer experience improvement.

This role uses both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including surveys, interviews, data analytics, market reports, and customer feedback tools to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats

• Research customer demographics, preferences, satisfaction, and buying behaviour

• Perform competitor research and benchmarking

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders

• Support product and marketing teams in developing strategies based on insights

• Collect and analyse data through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, CRM systems, and analytics tools

• Evaluate campaign and product performance by reviewing customer feedback and market response

• Monitor brand perception and customer expectations regularly

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics or related field

• Master’s degree is an added advantage

• Certifications in Market Research / Data Analytics (optional but valuable)
