Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pitch Development:
Collaborate with the founder to devise
effective sales pitches that showcase our services and value proposition.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the
sales pitch and make it more impactful.
Client Understanding:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the
services required by clients, particularly in third-party integration and
prevalent IT services in the market.
Identify clients:
Identify and target potential clients in
the small and mid-sized company segment for technology consultancy services.
Lead Generation:
Utilize digital marketing initiatives and
email campaigns to generate leads and attract prospective clients.
Implement strategies to increase the
company's visibility and reach within the target market. Build and maintain a
pipeline of qualified leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
Client Communication:
Engage with clients in a sales capacity,
effectively communicating the benefits and solutions offered by our services.
Develop and maintain strong client
relationships through excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of
agreements to close sales deals.
Sales targets:
Achieve sales targets and revenue
objectives within defined timelines.
Storytelling:
Master the art of storytelling to convey
complex technical concepts in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of the market and
competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for
improvement.
Present comprehensive reports to the
leadership team, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
or a related field.
2 years of Prior experience in IT software
services sales and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
Excellent communication skills with a knack
for storytelling.
Proven track record of achieving sales
targets and driving revenue growth in a technology consultancy or IT services
environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of
technology solutions, preferably in areas such as digital transformation, cloud
computing, cybersecurity, or software development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish
long-term relationships with clients.
