We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our Engineering & Architecture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and infrastructure. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions that align with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural plans and technical drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

• Collaborate with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of structures.

• Produce feasibility reports, environmental impact assessments, and cost analysis.

• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors during project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and building ordinances.

• Manage project timelines, documentation, and permits from concept through completion.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.

• Knowledge of sustainable design and LEED standards is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.

• Strong visualization and presentation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• Professional licensure (RA) is a plus or in progress.
