The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs that communicate brand messages and support marketing, product, and business objectives. This role involves developing creative concepts, producing digital and print assets, and maintaining visual consistency across all platforms. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical expertise, a strong eye for detail, and a solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital and print media (websites, social media, ads, brochures, presentations)

• Develop and maintain brand identity and visual guidelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals

• Create illustrations, infographics, icons, and layouts

• Prepare final design files for production and publishing

• Revise designs based on feedback and requirements

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills

Technical & Creative Skills

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition

• Experience with digital and print design formats

• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes

• Knowledge of image editing and photo retouching

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Illustration and icon design

• Web design basics (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)

• Experience with branding and visual storytelling

• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles
