We are looking for a Senior QA & Testing Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across web and API-based applications. The role involves designing comprehensive test strategies, implementing automated testing frameworks, and ensuring high product quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify risks, define test plans, and improve release processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manual and automation testing, API validation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration. You will also mentor junior QA engineers, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement in testing standards. A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, defect tracking, and test reporting is essential. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify issues early, ensure seamless user experiences, and contribute to delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
