We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester Specialist to join our QA team. The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of web, mobile, and desktop applications. The Manual Tester will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify bugs, report issues, and verify fixes. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and defect tracking processes is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

• Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).

• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.

• Validate fixes and retest after defects are resolved.

• Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Provide clear testing status updates to the QA lead/manager.
