Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and professional LinkedIn Account Manager to oversee profile activity, manage outreach, and coordinate initial communications for a US-based engineering collaboration initiative. This is a "Win-Win" partnership role designed for someone with strong organizational skills who can act as the primary point of contact for recruitment and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Profile Management: Maintain and optimize LinkedIn profiles to ensure professional visibility within the US software engineering market.

  • Outreach & Engagement: Execute messaging campaigns to connect with potential collaborators, talent, and hiring managers.

  • Lead Coordination: Monitor the inbox, filter incoming inquiries, and escalate high-value opportunities to the technical team.

  • Interview Scheduling: Act as the liaison between the technical delivery team and clients/recruiters to schedule interviews and follow-up meetings.

  • Data Management: Keep a record of outreach status using simple tools (Google Sheets, CRM, or specialized scrapers).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • US-Based Credentials: Must have a verified, established LinkedIn presence and a strong understanding of the US professional landscape.

  • Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a focus on professional etiquette and "warm heart" outreach styles.

  • Reliability: High level of responsiveness (checking messages multiple times per day is critical).

  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with LinkedIn’s interface; experience with tools like Slack, Discord, or outreach automation is a major plus.

  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive professional information with absolute confidentiality.
