The DBA works closely with developers and IT teams to design database structures that support applications and business operations. Ensuring data security, preventing data loss, and maintaining high system uptime are key responsibilities of this role. The position also involves troubleshooting database issues, managing access controls, and implementing disaster recovery plans.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Proficiency in SQL for writing and optimizing queries
• Understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies
• Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization techniques
