A Graphics & Design Specialist is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for digital and print media. The role involves conceptualizing and transforming ideas into creative visual assets that effectively communicate the brand message. Designers work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to produce engaging user-centric designs that enhance customer experience and support business goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for websites, social media posts, marketing banners, and branding materials.

• Design promotional materials, including brochures, posters, business cards, and advertisements.

• Create logos, brand guidebooks, and visual identity systems.

• Produce UI/UX visuals for web and mobile applications when required.

• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and translate them into visual concepts.

• Review and revise designs based on client feedback.

• Maintain consistency across all brand and design deliverables.

• Prepare final graphics and layouts for production.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of design and creativity.

• Experience working with branding and digital marketing assets.
