A Data Mining & Management professional is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and extracting valuable insights from large datasets. The role focuses on identifying patterns, trends, and relationships in data while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper governance to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data

• Perform data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and trends

• Manage databases and data warehouses to ensure data quality

• Develop and maintain data models and documentation

• Use analytical tools to generate reports and dashboards

• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data needs

• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical methods

• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems

• Experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Certifications in data analytics or data management (preferred)

• Experience in data analysis, data mining, or database management roles
