UI Designer (Experienced)

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers, to design intuitive interfaces that meet both business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate with product teams to understand user requirements and create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Translate brand identity and style guides into user-friendly designs that ensure a consistent look and feel.
• Work with UX designers to ensure designs align with the overall user experience and usability goals.
• Create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve the user interface.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the UI designs.

• Required skills & qualification:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus (not required).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
