1. Job Overview

Graphics & Design professionals use design tools and creative concepts to develop engaging visual content for businesses, brands, products, and digital platforms. Their work spans logos, branding, web graphics, social media creatives, UI elements, illustrations, marketing materials, and more.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into visually appealing designs.

• Design brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.

• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and presentations.

• Design digital graphics for websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.

• Work with UI/UX teams to design user-focused layouts and visual elements.

• Produce illustrations, icons, infographic designs, and motion graphics (if required).

• Understand client/brand requirements and deliver designs that meet project objectives.

• Revise and improve designs based on feedback and design reviews.

• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.

3. Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, or Canva.

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout design.

• Creativity and the ability to convert ideas into impactful visuals.

• Knowledge of branding, marketing design, and digital design principles.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design projects.

• Attention to detail, visual accuracy, and consistency.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
