Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Zoho Project Manager with a background in
commercial real estate and appraisal to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for developing programs, integrating systems, and optimizing
workflow using Zoho applications. The role requires effective task delegation and project
management skills to ensure successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Zoho programs to streamline business processes and
enhance efficiency.
2. Integrate Zoho applications with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and
communication.
3. Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using
Zoho tools.
4. Delegate tasks effectively to team members and oversee project management
processes.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful
project delivery.
6. Provide training and support to team members on Zoho applications and best
practices.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement
solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date with Zoho updates and new features to leverage the full potential of
the platform.
9. Assist in the development of custom solutions and workflows tailored to the
company's needs.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related
field.
11. Proven experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or
appraisal.
12. Proficiency in Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator,
and Zoho Analytics.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
16. Familiarity with commercial real estate processes and appraisal methodologies is
preferred.
17. Zoho certification or relevant training is a plus.
