Overview:
 We are excited to be looking for a Web Development Agency to join remotely. We would like to partner with a Web Development Agency that is a small nimble startup just like us.

We are Filtrd Fashion, an innovative software company that is simplifying the online shopping journey for fashion shoppers. We are a small and nimble team where the founder, Abbey, rolls up her sleeves and wears many hats. Filtrd Fashion aims to give fashion lovers and online shoppers a clear starting point through filtering for exactly what they are looking for. We want you to be a part of our massive growth this year as an early hire.

What you’ll do:
• Wireframe out the website and app
• Make a brand guideline to guide the wireframe design
• Work closely with developers to get wireframe coded

• Code wireframe concept
• Develop software from conception to going live
• Maintaining and upgrading the software after going live
• Oversee on site testing  
• Work very closely with founder, Abbey
• Work closely with designer to get wireframe coded
• Participate in brainstorms

Your skills:
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience making brand guidelines
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Angular, Spring Boot, RESTful, Kafka
• Experience in coding data structures and filtering systems
• IT experience
• Solution-oriented and collaborative
• Strong time management skills and thrives in a deadline driven environment
• Strong collaboration and independent skills
• Confident in the workflow, and has developed similar software before

You are:
• Confident with a ‘can-do’ approach
• Gives and receives constructive feedback well, positive communicator
• Self-starter - not afraid to take initiative, but know when and how to check with others to ensure you're making the right decision
• Looking for a long term relationship (potentially equity)
